We are Mickey and Shannon Mills, the proud owners of Mickey's Hot Mess Food Trailer. Originally from SLC, UT, we moved our family to AZ in March 2020. We highly recommend NOT moving to another state right as a pandemic started! What an experience that was!
After 4 years in Arizona, we started our journey to make Mickey's dream of having his own sandwich shop come true, in a food trailer!
We are beyond grateful to each and every person who has supported us along this journey, and we cannot wait to meet you at our window!
Our focus is on our Cheesus Groupies, and providing you with the most amazing #mouthgasmic experience possible. Get ready to be blown away!
